    Swedish massage uses gentle strokes and kneading with the aid of massage oil/lotion to relax and reduce stress in mind, body and spirit.

  • Therapeutic

    Therapeutic massage aims to ease tight muscles using deep compression, friction, trigger point and myofascial release to decrease soreness in the body.

  • Cranial Sacral

    Cranial Sacral Therapy done fully clothed, uses gentle acupressure along energetic lines to calm and reset the central nervous system (60 mins only).

  • Lymphatic Drainage

    Lymphatic drainage gently circulates lymph fluid, which helps remove wastes and toxins build up from surgery and/or trauma (60 minutes only).

  • Prenatal/Postpartum

    Prepare or recover from childbirth with a prenatal or postpartum massage to regain balance in your ever-changing mind, body and spirit (60 mins only).

  • Cupping

    Relax and release sore muscles by stimulating more blood flow with static and dynamic cupping (may cause temporary bruising of the skin).

  • Hot Stone

    Loosen tight and sore muscles with hot stones (offered November-March only, not for anyone with heart conditions, high blood pressure or pregnant).
