Therapeutic massage aims to ease tight muscles using deep compression, friction, trigger point and myofascial release to decrease soreness in the body.

Cranial Sacral Therapy done fully clothed, uses gentle acupressure along energetic lines to calm and reset the central nervous system (60 mins only).

Lymphatic drainage gently circulates lymph fluid, which helps remove wastes and toxins build up from surgery and/or trauma (60 minutes only).

Prepare or recover from childbirth with a prenatal or postpartum massage to regain balance in your ever-changing mind, body and spirit (60 mins only).

Relax and release sore muscles by stimulating more blood flow with static and dynamic cupping (may cause temporary bruising of the skin).
